Prices
There are several training packages available:
Gold
- Comprehensive 12-week programme
- One-on-one training session with John each week
- Two (or more!) further sessions each week in your own time following your very own personal programme.
- Preliminary fitness test session in week 0
- Goal tracker sessions in weeks 4, 8 and 12
- Full listing of your results (electronic or hardcopy) so you can see your progress for yourself!
Silver
- Flexible alternative to the Gold option.
- See John as often as you like and for as many weeks as you like.
- Preliminary fitness test to establish a starting point.
- Goal tracker sessions included at suitable points along the way.
Bronze
- 12-week personal programme
- Preliminary fitness test at week 0
- Goal trackers at weeks 4, 8 and 12
- You follow your very own personal programme in your own time
- After each test/tracker session you will receive a full listing of your results.
Small Group
As the name suggests, this package caters for those who prefer to train with a friend (or friends!). Small groups can follow the Gold or Silver patterns above with the following Small Group specific prices.
Training session costs:
- 2 people - £20 each
- 3 people - £13 each
- 4 people - £10 each
Fitness/goal tracker sessions costs:
- £20 each
