Worried about your diet? Not sure what you should and shouldn't be eating? Confused by the complete overload of dietary information in the media at the moment? If so then John can also provide nutritional advice as part of your training package at no extra charge. There are three easy steps:

1. You fill out a 7 day food diary
2. John analyses the diary
3. John make recommendations based on your diary

It's that simple.

A good diet is fundamental to a healthy lifestyle and without good nutrition, training is less effective and smaller gains are made. That isn't to say of course that you must never eat chocolate and you must never drink alcohol, but it's surprising how much of a difference small changes in diet can make to energy levels and general well being.
