Circuit Training

Bored of training on your own? Want to ty something different? Then why not try circuit training?

The circuits are held at the YMCA in Cambridge, just off parkers piece. Each session lasts an hour and consists of 16 different stations. Each station is a different exercise - generally four CV, four upper body, four lower body and four core - and you spend one minute at each station. Completing all 16 stations counts as one 'lap'. There are two 'laps' during the session with a warm up at the start, a short break in the middle and a cool down and stretches at the end.

There's also music, I give lots of 'encouragment' and everyone goes home tired but happy.

Times

Tuesdays, 7pm-8pm
Wednesdays, 12.30pm-13.30pm

Costs

£3 per 60min session
