Welcome to Jtraining
Jtraining is run by John Tibbutt, a fully certified personal trainer who can help you to get fitter, get stronger, lose weight and live a healthier life. Currently working as a University of Cambridge fitness advisor John has worked with both university athletes and gym novices, 18 year old undergrads and 60+ college fellows, always aiming to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. If you're bored of the same old routine, feel you're not making the progress you want to, fed up of having to go to the gym at the busiest times and really want to make big changes in the way you look and feel, then personal training could be for you.
